Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you are welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

 

How to Start a Return

The quickest and easiest way to request a return is through our self-service returns portal.

• Open your order confirmation email and click View your order.
• Alternatively, use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
• Enter the email address used to place your order to sign in
  
• Select the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason for your return.
  
• Submit your request.
  
• Once your return has been approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note:

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be returned within 14 days of your return request being approved.
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
  
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
